I've been having a hard time this week.  On Tuesday, my dad had to take our dog (a Siberian husky) to the vet to be put down.  About four weeks ago we found out that he had leucemia, and at twelve years old there wasn't any real hope of him getting better.  We tried just about everything the vet could think of but he just got worse.  I know that putting him down was the only merciful thing to do, but it doesn't make losing him any easier.
